Location and Facilities
New Glasgow, P.E.I. Location
Atlantic AgriTech Inc. head office is based out of New Glasgow, Prince Edward Island, Canada. At this 50-acre research farm, research can be conducted on almost every crop grown in Atlantic Canada on sandy loam soils, including potatoes, cereals, corn, turf, soybeans and vegetable crops.
Facilities

The New Glasgow farm facilities includes a new office building, a shop and field laboratory, a supply storage shed, and a new state of the art pesticide storage and handling building.

The shop and field laboratory contains separate rooms for freezer/sample storage, soil sampling supplies and clean supplies. All freezers and the chemical chemical storage building have continuous temperature monitoring systems as well as backup temperature recording units in place.
Prince Edward Island (PEI), known as the "Birthplace of Confederation" is located on the East Coast of Canada, and is Canada’s smallest province. New Glasgow is located on the north shore of PEI, approximately 20 kilometers from the province's capital of Charlottetown and 45 kilometers from the Confederation Bridge (the world's longest bridge over ice-containing waters).
